    What's late, what's coming, which couple to call this week. Each coordinator sees their weddings, the studio lead sees all of them.

    The day-of run sheet

    Minute by minute, with who does what and where. Each vendor gets a link to their moments, easy to read on a phone, and you keep a printable copy.

    Your task list, your typical run sheet and your intake questionnaire, applied to every new client.

    The vendors you already work with, added once and then booked for each wedding, with call time and day-of contact.

    Your couples' portal

    Your couples get their bilingual wedding site, RSVPs, budget and seating plan, in your colours. Your internal notes and margins stay on your side.

We're looking for 5 Québec studios to test Coulisses on real weddings. What you get:

  • One month free, on as many weddings as you like, with every tool.
  • A direct line to the founder to say what's missing.
  • A say on the price before it's set. Nothing is billed during the test.

What works today?

The couple tools: bilingual wedding site, RSVPs, guest list, budget, seating plan and checklist. The studio workspace arrives module by module during the test.

Will my couples see my notes?

No. Your internal notes, margins and commissions stay in your workspace.

What happens after the test?

We set the price together, based on your experience. Your weddings stay in place through the wedding day, no matter what.

French and English?

Yes. The studio workspace and your couples' sites are bilingual.
